6AM-3PM Central European Time
1PM-10PM Asia/Manila
11PM-8AM Central Standard Time

As a **Senior Graphic Designer / AI Expert** at Growmodo, your mission is to create visually compelling designs that leverage artificial intelligence to elevate both our brand and our clients’ projects. You’ll be responsible for developing advanced AI-powered designs, logos, illustrations, and layouts that effectively communicate powerful messages and resonate with target audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Design and Create**: Use Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and AI design tools to craft designs that align standards with commercial needs effectively.
- ** Innovate Constantly**: Employ AI technologies to revolutionize design processes, ensuring cutting-edge visuals and layouts.
- ** Collaborate and Refine**: Work closely with stakeholders to present your designs and iterate them based on feedback to get everything just right.
- ** Guide and Optimize**: Share insights on AI design best practices and find ways to enhance project outcomes.

**Must-Haves**:
