**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in navigational watch duties and ensure safe vessel operations.
- Coordinate with senior officers for daily duties and onboard safety checks.
- Oversee deck maintenance and manage equipment inspections.
- Monitor safety compliance and contribute to emergency response teams.

**Requirements**:

- Valid STCW certification with relevant endorsements.
- Previous experience as a 3rd Officer or equivalent in offshore operations.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
