Events Analyst

Ready to join us? **About this opportunity** Assist in the development and execution of internal and external event projects **In this role, you will** - Plan and oversee activities to ensure events run smoothly and successfully. - Coordinate event proposals with events agency, venue partner and internal teams. - Lease with internal teams and partners in relation to clinical / marketing events, following up on registrations, certification, kit materials and post-event activities. - Monitor event budget closely (COGs and OPEX for DFO and Enterprise areas), create and control POs in the ERP, conduct meetings with FP&A and accounting departments to align expenses project - Coordinate events from Enterprise areas (mentoring and Partnership launches events) according to the event format (Online or presential) managing all suppliers to deliver the events. - Work closely with regional leaders and partners to guarantee alignment of activities under your responsibility. - Coordinate presential and online certification onboarding courses in Brazil with suppliers from creation of the event´s calendar until the final reports with # of participants. - Updates on boarding courses progress for monthly leadership meetings - Lease with sales team, create events calendar, invitations, and post-events administrative reports to assure full alignment with sales needs and responsibilities - Collaborate with operations/logistics to planning and share information aiming to guarantee all materials will be delivered on time and at a reasonable cost. - Assist with event kits composition for onboarding courses and materials forecasts and guarantee mínimal inventory of materials and KITs to be used in events under your responsibility. - Interaction with internal áreas such as: Commops, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Marketing and Sales. - Close work with Latam events team sharing relevant information to assure full alignment and communication and support on events, if needed. - Ability to handle frequent meeting and solve problems with Global team and other Latin Countries using English (written and spoken) in daily basis **In this role, you’ll need ** - At least 1 year of experience in events or Marketing - Organizational, prioritization and project management skills - Ability to handle numerous projects simultaneously - Able to work independently and make accurate decisions - Strong financial skills - Proactive problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail - Project Management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Sales force is a plus) - Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communication, Turism and hospitality or equivalent experience, ComEx, - Intermediary English.
