**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement master data management strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and validation of master data in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with business units to understand data requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Lead data governance initiatives, including data quality assessments, data cleansing, and data enrichment activities.
- Work closely with IT and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of master data across systems.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of master data specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and performance management.

**_Education and experience_**
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in SAP master data management or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and master data objects (e.g., Material Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master).
- Experience with data governance frameworks and data quality management.
- Proven leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- SAP certification is a plus.
