**MIRA Search** is seeking a dynamic, positive, and organized **Sales & Marketing Team Member** to join our client’s growing team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a professional based in South America who is fluent in both English and Spanish (native-level proficiency required).

**Responsibilities**:

- Build strong rapport with prospects and clients with professionalism and empathy
- Write clear, engaging blog posts and marketing messages
- Use Canva for visual content creation and basic graphic design tasks
- Collaborate closely with the team to brainstorm ideas and propose creative solutions
- Assist with campaign execution and digital content distribution

**Requirements**:

- Native-level Spanish and English proficiency, both written and spoken
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
- Experience with Canva and a basic understanding of graphic design principles
- Quick learner, adaptable, and open to acquiring new tools and skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Reliable internet and power connection (essential for remote work)
- Willingness to commit long-term
