**About the Team**:
We are looking for a Partner Manager to join our team. Ad Technology partnerships are a critical means of accelerating the global sales of TikTok's paid media offering. The team is currently focused on working with media buying, measurement, and data partners to build integrations that enhance the capabilities of advertising on TikTok, and to give the advertiser the confidence to invest in TikTok. As a Partner Manager, you are expected to build and foster strategic relationships with industry-leading adtech, measurement, and data companies and develop solutions that advertisers need to best buy and analyze ad campaigns on the TikTok ads platform. Partner Managers will work closely with various internal stakeholders as well as our most strategic partners to develop education and services related to marketing on Tiktok.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop partnerships in at least one of the following ecosystems: a) tech companies that integrate with publisher APIs to buy ads b) measurement partners to assess the effectiveness of campaigns c) data partners to enhance the platform performance.
- Maintain direct and active relationships with strategic partners, including on-boarding and contract work, proactively resolving business, technical, and integration issues and serving as an internal advocate.
- Work cross-functionally with product and product marketing to position the partner solutions in the best combinations with TikTok ad products.
- Drive product and partner adoption and provide ongoing education about new and existing Tiktok marketing partner products.
- Provide consultative services to Tiktok sales and account management teams whose clients are implementing partner enabled solutions/tools.
- Develop scaled approaches and processes to in-market activity and communication.
- Represent Tiktok in external meetings with executives from other companies while displaying the highest personal integrity and ethics.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- 4-7 years of client-facing experience in adverting industry, partner management or business development
- Experience developing integrations with third parties
- Experience collaborating cross-functionally with peers and managers, both internally and externally.
- You are a strategic thinker, but you’re also a doer, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to execute.
- You're a builder, incredibly organized and process-oriented.
- Experience presenting to internal and external audiences at all levels of seniority.
- Experience defining, developing and leading projects.
- Quantitative/analytical experience.
- Experience working as part of an international team.
- Strong product acumen.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English required. Spanish is a plus.
