- executar e manter as instruções operacionais para a geração da informação dos serviços sob supervisão direta e permanente.
- executar atividades programadas diariamente
- reportar bugs na produção
- mater um registro de atividades realizadas
- operar os processos de acordo com as instruções e diretrizes estabelecidas

Qualificações
- gestão de escritório (Excel intermediário)
- manipulação de informações
- conhecimento em banco de dados
- capacidades de análise de dados
- trabalho em equipe
- atenção aos detalhes
- espanhol básico
