The "Procurement Business Intelligence & Controlling" team is a global team that measures and drives the procurement performance across all plants (35+ factories, 25+ countries). We create BI tools that drive hundreds of users to spot opportunities, give traction to cost saving actions, measure the real impact of these actions in the company’s results, and provide strategic analysis to support decision making. **Responsabilidades e atribuições** The role of this analyst is to drive the global procurement team on delivering the cost reduction target set by our top management and to measure the procurement team performance, by doing the following: - Guaranteeing the forecast precision and cadency in the monthly regional meetings (NAR, LAR, EMEA, APA), where each team discusses the direct material cost evolution (MoM, QoQ); - Auditing the business cases for key cost-savings initiatives, to assure achievable outcomes, and double-checking the results after their implementation; - Consolidating the results of all the regions to report to the top management; - Creating BI tools to better audit the results, improve the forecast. **Requisitos e qualificações** - Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or similar; - Exceptional analytical skills, with professional experience in finance; - Fluency in English (presentations and meetings with other countries).
