As the Regional Marketing Specialist in Minas Gerais, you will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the regional marketing team. This will involve ensuring the smooth running of financial, legal, and logístical processes to support local campaigns, activations, and partnerships.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Organize and manage contracts, invoices, documents, and budgets;
- Keep track of timelines, calendars, and internal deadlines;
- Request and follow up on payments with local suppliers;
- Support logistics for events and activations (venue, transport, giveaways);
- Create simple performance and budget reports;
- Serve as a liaison with Finance, Legal, and external partners;
- Ensure organizational consistency and process compliance;
**EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proactive and efficient approach to task execution.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace suite, and internal management systems.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Members of the administrative or supervisory body of entities responsible for organizing competitions or sporting events;
- Athletes participating in competitions organized by entities within the National Sports System;

Individuals diagnosed with gambling addiction, according to a diagnosis from a qualified mental health professional.
