**Job Role Summary**:

For this position, you will be part of ExxonMobil Chemical, one of the largest chemical companies worldwide.
You will be the key interface between warehouse, tax, controllers, supply and optimization team, customer service and sales, your main responsibility is to ensure a flawless logistics operation in compliance with EMQL controls procedures and law requirements.

**Job Role Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring and control of Import Processes
- Brazilian electronic invoice issuance control - import/export, sales, return and remittance;
- Inventory reconciliation, material movements, accounting and postings;
- Tax book filling & accounting (monthly reports);
- Returnable package management (Import / Export);
- Focal point for any electronic invoice troubleshooting;
- Support interfaces on SAP transactions (receipts, goods issue, NFe, reports, etc);
Owns the import logistics operation. Closely work with broker, GFF and warehouse team to guarantee a flawless operation execution and accurate data in SAP (Control, material receipt posting, etc). Focal point for supporting Supply Chain E2E groups on issues related to Brazilian electronic invoice. Coordinate and respond to operational demands such as order changes, invoice adjustments, product returns and master data updates.
Be focal point for requests related to invoice documentation, regulatory and technical. Coordinate resolution of issues related to product availability, logistics arrangements, order fulfilment documentation and others with the appropriate EM contacts. Keep strong communication channels with suppliers and interfaces and proactively informs status issues that could potentially impact the operation.

**Expected Level of Proficiency**:

- Bachelor’s degree- Fluent English and Portuguese (written & spoken), Spanish (written & spoken) is a differentiator
- Proven ability to identify and solve problems
- Must be proactive, detail and deadline-oriented
- Ability to set priorities and manage daily responsibilities effectively
- Team player with the ability to also work independently
- Experience with SAP and Advanced skills on Microsoft Office Tools - especially Excel
- Value diversity and inclusion
- Desirable experience on Import process, accounting, NFe
- Previous experience on inland trucking logistics is a differentiator
