Summary

O Estagiário de Facilities (FM) atuará no suporte às rotinas administrativas do setor, auxiliando na gestão documental, controle de contratos, processos de compras, análise de indicadores e comunicação com fornecedores e clientes. Será desenvolvido para lidar com as demandas administrativas fundamentais para garantir o bom funcionamento das operações do site e contribuir para a eficiência dos processos internos.

Job Responsibilities- Auxiliar na elaboração, atualização e controle de contratos de fornecedores de serviços (limpeza, manutenção, segurança, etc.);- Apoiar no controle de faturamento, recebimento e conferência de notas fiscais dos fornecedores do setor;- Realizar cotações, solicitações de compras e acompanhamento de pedidos de materiais e serviços administrativos;- Alimentar planilhas de controle e sistemas internos com informações relevantes de facilities (indicadores, orçamentos, gastos, etc.);- Auxiliar no controle de inventário de equipamentos, materiais e ativos administrativos do setor;- Organizar e arquivar documentos, contratos, relatórios e demais registros administrativos;- Prestar atendimento e suporte administrativo a demandas internas dos colaboradores;- Apoiar na elaboração de relatórios gerenciais para tomada de decisão;- Contribuir nas iniciativas de melhoria de processos administrativos na área de FM.

Required Qualifications

Education: Estar cursando ensino superior em Administração ou áreas afins;

Skills and Abilities- Conhecimento em pacote Office- Boa comunicação

Diferenciais:
- Conhecimento em SAP- Inglês intermediário- Power BI
