Regional Marketing Lead, Latam

The Regional Marketing lead LATAM, will be responsible for leading the local marketing organization across Latin America, including driving the vision for the brand and leading the team on campaigns and projects related to core verticals in the region (Entertainment, Music, Fashion, Food/Cooking and Instructive). The lead will also be responsible for annual planning, budget management, vertical strategy, research, briefing, project management, agency and partner management and campaign performance tracking.
**Responsibilities**:
- Adapt and deploy global strategies to regional contexts through a deeper understanding of local markets and customers
- Plan and lead marketing campaigns and activations at the regional level to increase brand awareness, brand likability, as well as acquire and retain new users.
- Manage agency relationships and external partners at the regional and local level.
- Define annual and semester planning strategies, including budget and resource allocation and brand and vertical marketing strategies.
- Analyze the effectiveness of media campaigns to better optimize spend and performance, draw insights & make data-driven decisions that drive the marketing team’s goals
- Develop strategies for categories in each region/ country and tap into these cultural pillars to grow the community.
- Co-lead regional product marketing initiatives, work cross-functionally to allocate resources to define the overall marketing growth strategy for products in the region
- Co-lead regional social media efforts to establish branding strategies in the region
- Co-lead creative content production by leverage global and regional resources
- Hire and build out the team further across the region, identifying strategic opportunities and maximizing impact
- 10+ years of working experience in marketing strategy and branding..
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Experience in brand positioning, brand strategy, with a good taste in creativity and innovation.
- Strong track record of building and leading teams across multiple markets
- Strong track record of leading impactful creative campaigns across brand and/or product marketing.
- Mastery of online and offline media
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong strategic decision-making and ability to problem solve with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Deep knowledge of the industry and agency ecosystem.
- Good communication skills, teamwork spirit, self-driven and optimistic, able to work under pressure.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish
