Monitor vessel performance by customer, commodity, port of loading, etc to ensure vessels sails within allocation with a maximum of full units plus empties.

Project performance by voyage and port of loading

Monitor partners performance and behavior to ensure that group is using all space left open by partners

Plan the strategy of booking level, defining the allocation per port of loading and guiding the commercial team with gaps, overflows and pushing.

Ensure best filling factor and best cargo mix on board by controlling incoming bookings to be in line with trade strategy

Define late arrival acceptance

Minimize costs of rollover

Provide simulations and studies whenever is necessary to support trade necessity

Suggest omissions, extra calls whenever is necessary

Follow up of cargoes stopped at transshipment ports;
**Expected Results**: Grant the best vessel performance possible according to internal and/or legal procedures to achieve objectives.

Reporting & Ensure proper communication among the CMA CGM departments and joint partners

Collect and produce reports to submit to Trade and Line management on daily basis
Receive, analyze and synthesize market and commercial feedback
Maintain group system duly updated populating with allocations

**Expected Results**: Ensure a good relationship to have communication flowing smoothly among the company and with joint partners

Cargo Flow Analysis

Analyze reports of customer behavior, commercial forecast, cargo readiness to define actions related to load list
Analyze extra bookings request
Analyze and calculate draft restriction
Analyze connections for transshipment cargo

**Expected Results**: Grant that group strategy is followed
