**Competências comportamentais**:Deve ter excelentes habilidades analíticas / de resolução de problemas, habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita bem desenvolvidas, um forte foco no cliente e capacidade de trabalhar efetivamente com uma ampla variedade de pessoas.

- MBA em Gerenciamento de Projetos / Black Belt

- Inglês Pré -Avançado

- Conhecimentos em Power BI

- Excel Avançado

**Perfil da vaga / Atividades**:Essa função tem a responsabilidade pela conciliação do inventário que gerencia o estoque do Centro de Distribuição de Piracicaba; responsável pelos processos de contagem de ciclos do inventário; processos que mede a precisão do inventário e conduzir iniciativas para manter a precisão do inventário.

**Principais desafios da função**:Geração e análise diária de auditorias para indicar transação incorreta ou não concluída. Análise de dados, análise de riscos, identificação de causa raiz, orientação de medidas corretivas, monitoramento e controle para garantir que a resolução do problema seja alcançada. Avaliar cuidadosamente os problemas e revisar diferentes soluções antes de tomadas de decisão. As problemáticas diferem entre as mais simples até as mais complexas e exigem investigação em processos, procedimentos, sistemas e outras interferências. Presta esclarecimentos á auditorias internas e externas. Cargo Sensível para o OEA. Considerado como atividade chave na parceria com a área de Trade Compliance no que se refere ao gerenciamento do Regime Especial DE. Gerencia Indicadores e Lidera RCCA. Identificar, liderar e implementar melhoria no processo. Participa de projetos críticos, local, outras unidades e/ou global. Prove suporte a operação e demais áreas impactadas relacionadas ao processo.
