**Tech Recruiter**:
- São Paulo, SP | Full Time-
The HR team at Latitud.sh is responsible for attracting, maintaining, and developing the best talents. We work to build and prepare a solid team to achieve our goals. As a Tech Recruiter, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including source, recruit, interview, selection, and onboarding of new hires. Also, you will help us with new ideas to enhance our recruitment process and carry Latitude.sh's talent sourcing to another level. It's an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to work on a fast-growing company and be part of a welcoming team.
**Responsibilities**
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs proactively;
**Skills and qualifications**
- Advanced English communication skills (mandatory);
- Previous experience recruiting all levels of seniority;
- Previous experience working in IT companies;
- Knowledge of technology terms, mainly programming language and infrastructure;
- Experience in using technology (ATS) and social recruiting (LinkedIn);
- Be innovative in sourcing strategies for our organization.
