In the **Web Developer** role, you will be an integral part of the construction of our client’s company and stakeholder websites. You will develop and optimize user interfaces and web pages, using Java and other standard web platforms, coding languages, and custom libraries. Success in this role will be demonstrated by client satisfaction, high user experience scores, and reaching efficiency targets.

**What do you need to succeed?**
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience is required.
- Expertise in utilizing search engine optimization methods
- Experience in database management, OneDrive, Excel, or any type of database management software
- Strong analytical skills
- Open API coding experience or knowledge
- QuickBooks exposure will be an added advantage
- WordPress and PHP file server experience
- Proven problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in various computer languages, such as HTML, PHP, and JavaScript
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related fields
- Ability to oversee the entire shipping database and web development, including creating and managing databases, and working with PHP server/host.
- Exposure to QuickBooks is considered an advantage as data is sourced from it.
- Experience or knowledge in open API coding is required.

- Create and develop websites based on management’s desired specifications.
- Oversee the entire shipping database and web development.
- Write efficient code for use in the development process.
- Create web layouts, wireframes, and user interfaces.
- Maintain client portals (PHP local server on WordPress) using data from spreadsheets.
- Upload photos and data to the website.
- Document processes and procedures.
- Maintain the database that stores information within the website.
- Improve efficiency in current processes and code.
- Integrate back-end databases.
