Accounting Payable and Receivable Analyst will be responsible for executing and maintaining relievable and payable transactions. This person will perform the day-to-day processing of financial transactions to ensure that finances are maintained in an effective, up-to-date, and accurate manner.

**Essential Job Functions**:

- Review all payments processes (Maintenance of titles, creation of batches for payment, monitoring of file traffic via VAN, etc.).
- Reviewing all invoices for accuracy (i.e. GL number and totals), appropriate documentation, and approvals prior to payment.
- Ensure payments are posted in a timely manner.
- Perform accounts payable and receivable reconciliation on a monthly basis.
- Prepare reports for reconciliation and ledger accounts and submit them to the accounts manager.
- Research and resolve any outstanding balances on accounts.
- Monitor customer accounts receivable to ensure payments are being made timely.
- Analyze cash flow processes and make suggestions for improvement.
- Prepare weekly cash forecast report.
- Attendance of external and internal auditors preparing and providing required documentation and explanations.
- Prepare any report needed.

**Position Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics.
- + 4 years experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable position.
- Knowledge of SAP is required.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
- Intermediate English written and spoken is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and keep attention to detail.
- Hands-on and teamwork-oriented.
- Knowledge in finance and treasury.

**Qualifications**:
Education

**Required**

Bachelors or better in Accounting or related field.

Experience

**Required**

**4 years**: Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable position.
