Learning Developer

MSX International Group is the leading global provider of outsourced business solutions for the automotive industry making business in more than 80 countries. MSXI’s deep industry expertise combined with advanced data analytics and custom software solutions improve the performance of automotive dealership networks by increasing revenue, reducing cost, and enhancing customer satisfaction. We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and reliable Learning Developer & Trainer to design and deliver educational programs for the biggest automotive manufacturer in the Czech Republic.

**In this role you will**:

- Training concept and strategies development and design
- Face-to-face and online deliveries of client’s training portfolio
- Adapting and developing appropriate learning materials.
- Facilitating workshops for learners
- Contributing to review and evaluation of workshops and programs
- To share best practices and resources in training, learning, development, consultancy, and coaching.
- Preparation of workshop materials and contents before training sessions
- Attendance in trainer development, standardisation quality meetings, and team meetings

**About you**:

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (min. C1 level), Czech language is welcomed but not mandatory.
- Responsible and have a sense for meeting deadlines
- Have pro-active attitude
- Stress resistant
- Creative and innovative
- Display energy and enthusiasm in delivery techniques
- Have a B driver’s license
- Can do - will do attitude
- Have a willingness to learn how to design effective training programs
- Have great organizational and interpersonal skills
- Be friends with new technologies

**Working pattern and location**:

- Full time / part time
- Freelancer / Permanent contract
- Monday - Friday
- Remote work (home office based) from any place in the Czech Republic
- Travel: up to 20 %
