Used globally across sectors such as oil & gas, mining, logistics and food processing, the platform powers the operations of some of the world’s largest companies.

We are seeking a **Chief of Staff** to the CTO to serve as a strategic partner and operational leader who will help to drive execution, alignment, and communication across the technology organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands technical contexts, and can translate vision into action. Will work closely with the CTO to manage priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives, and ensure the tech team is operating at peak performance. Take a look in more details about this position

**Responsibilities**:

- Act as a strategic advisor and thought partner to the CTO;
- Drive alignment across engineering, product, data science, and cybersecurity teams;
- Lead and track execution of key initiatives, OKRs, and strategic projects;
- Prepare briefing materials, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders;
- Facilitate effective communication and decision-making across the tech org;
- Manage CTO’s priorities, calendar, and follow-ups to ensure focus on high-impact work.

**Education, Knowledge, Hard Skills & Abilities**
- English speaker;
- Excellent project management and organizational skills;
- Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate clearly;
- Experience with OKRs, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration;
- Comfortable working with data and analytics to drive decisions;
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in tech strategy, product operations, or program management;
- Experience working closely with executive leadership in a technology-driven company;
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and technical environments.

**Bonus Points**
- Experience in operational AI, industrial tech, or SaaS platforms;
- Prior role as Chief of Staff, Technical Program Manager, or Strategy Lead;
- Familiarity with Intelie LIVE® or similar platforms;
- MBA or advanced degree in a technical or business field.
