**About the team**:
The Global Onboarding team is one of the first points of contact for SAP new employees as they begin their career at SAP and fulfill the promises made during the recruitment cycle. As part of a revamped global onboarding experience, the global onboarding team will help create, execute and adapt a learner-centered, experiential approach to a year-long program for all new SAP employees.

**What you’ll do**:
**Position Title**:SAP iXp Intern - Global Employee Onboarding

**Location**: São Leopoldo, RS

**In this role, you’ll**:
Assisting with the production and facilitation of our onboarding live virual immersive sessions including but not limited to: utilizing zoom features of break out room, monitoring chat, supporting technical issues, support mural design, supporting additional technologies that may be used during the session, and providing a welcoming atmosphere for our new employees.
- Supporting and developing a key performance indicators for the onboarding program, identifying baseline skill data and defining metrics to showcase impact of the onboarding program
- Hiring Manager Onboarding experience mapping to increase the hiring manager experience for the full cycle onboarding project. This will require working with Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, HR Advisors and hiring managers to define the onboarding experience from the hiring manager perspective, identify opportunities for improvement and provide a detailed plan for implementing changes.
