We are looking for a Compliance & Regulatory Affairs Specialist for the biggest on-demand platform in our region (Latam). We deliver love and everything from groceries to Top restaurant meals and cash in your doorstep. At Rappi, no two days are the same. Rappi is growing at a tremendous rate and this position is crucial in our pursuit of a game-changing experience for our users and partners.
**What does this role do?**:
- Lead the compliance actions for Rappi’s entities in Brazil.
- Provide weekly and monthly reports for the different business verticals regarding compliance with the internal processes.
- Ensure full local compliance with global and local policies regarding environmental, antibribery, anti
- corruption, anti-money laundering and other related matters.
- Create with all business vertical managers in Costa Rica automatic and manual processes to identify and monitor possible risks and contingencies that may arise with existing products and future ones.
- Identify and implement, with the corresponding business verticals, all regulatory updates and modifications that impact the business. Assist and develop high standard mitigation actions to develop fraud prevention.
- Support due diligence processes and financing rounds.
**Particular skills**:
- At least 5 years of experience in Compliance roles.
- Absolute fluency in Spanish and English is a must.
- Reporting to Regional Compliance Officer and local Legal Manager.
- Proactive, analytic, persistent and detail-oriented professional.
- Passionate about the world of entrepreneurship and technology business.
