**Job Description**:
**Position Summary**

Pereira O'Dell is looking for a talented pixel-perfect Designer. This position requires attention to details, strategic thinking to craft amazing design solutions for our clients. Our Studio is a collaborative group, and we aim to empower to work closely with fellow designers and stay in close communication with the team for a seamless work process.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**
- Design impactful presentations for our clients and new business pitches
- Create master assets for display banners for multiples clients
- Have client guidelines on top of your mind and make sure it's being followed
- Design social media campaigns for our partners
- Design OOH campaign system that supports a variety of sizes
- Support Art Directors in design needs
- Create landing pages for campaigns
- Expert at typography hierarchy
- Overseeing the work of Jr. Designers making sure their work is following best practices and the craft of the master assets is being applied
- Create beautiful mockups for ideas
- Be the go to person for Jr. Designers; Mentoring them in technical aspects in order for them to evolve their craft

**Other Duties and Responsibilities**
- Inspire and create an equal and harmonious work environment for fellow designers
- Be organized with files making sure partners are getting clean assets
- Be available for communication during work hours
- Take an active role outside of the creative department to ensure staff is set up for success
- Self-driven, proactive, and good at identifying next steps
- Work on multiple clients and projects in a fast paced and agile-agency environment

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, XD and Figma
- Ability to understand and communicate in English
- 4+ years Graphic or Visual Designer to include expertise with an advertising agency or design studio background.
- Knowledge of interactive media including web, online/offline, mobile and motion design.
- Image search for comps and campaign visuals
- Portfolio showing work across platforms is required.
- Google Slides—Master templates, embedding video

- Location: Brazil (remote)
- No Visa sponsoring or relocation
- Work on USA calendar (holidays)
- Timezone PST primary, EST as needed.
- Work regime: Independent Contractor (PJ)
- Monthly salary R$8.500,00
