Warehouse & Logistics Leader

As a Warehouse & Logistics Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Managing materials inventory, prepare and update reports (Current quarter).
Lead the team responsible to receive, classify, and stock incoming goods. This includes ERP updating, managing stocking conditions, and knowing "what is where".
- Lead the team responsible to exchange data and information with supporting functions like sales, engineering and maintenance.
- Exchanging data and information interaction concerns and also improvements in products, processes and procedures
- Handling standardized manufacturing processes and procedures, which are frequently updated by others and have to be implemented
- Cyclical inventory management;
- Manage warehousing contracts and logistics operation.
- Coordinate the reel handling operation throughout the site.
- Work on cost reduction and logístical risk projects.
- Ensure that the Health, Safety and Environment values, expressed in the company's Policies, are practiced by employees, suppliers and third parties, through the identification, monitoring and control of significant environmental impacts and occupational risks, based on attitude, leadership, training and commitment;
- Work in accordance with company policy and procedures relating to quality and our operations. Report any non-compliance, concerns and risk situations to the product/process/service. Be committed to the results of the quality objectives and seek continuous improvement of the product/process/service

**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's Degree (Administration, Logistics or Engineering)
- Have several years of experience in Manufacturing, Warehouse and Logistics.
- Intermediary/Advanced English (required)
- Fluent Portuguese
Have experience in leading teams
- ERP experience (Oracle or SAP)
Strong experience with supply chain process
Have the ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Ability to work independently. Strong problem solving skills
