**Role & Responsibilities**:
Responsible for leading the Regional Treasury Services Center (RTSC) LATAM. The responsibility covers all Treasury aspects of the RTSC LATAM within the Treasury organization as well as in relation to the LATAM affiliates including banking landscape, bank relationships, cash management structures. Also included is the responsibility for managing the regional cash management of the affiliates through best-in-class processes. The RTSC will work in cooperation with internal and external partners as corporate and local Tax, affiliate Finance leaders, Regional Shared Services, and banking providers.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Business Partnering and Financial / Treasury Leadership within LATAM including:

- Pro-active partnering with the LATAM affiliates on business related projects and regular operations to facilitate and support value creation.
- Monitor capital structure of in the region legal entities and optimize dividend repatriation to parent company.
- Governance of Treasury policies and monitoring compliance with Treasury policies across the region, suggesting remediation activities where required and proving alternatives and restricted practices in line with WWP’s.
- Cooperate closely with Legal and Tax counsel and lead country tax reviews to ensure that the setup of the Treasury activities is always in line with local regulations and requirements.
- Manage and review banking relationships regarding affiliate banking services and cash management structures.
- Continue optimization of the banking landscape and bank rationalization.
- Lead and / or support the integration of Treasury cash and risk management functions post acquisitions.
- Drive the Treasury projects on the RTSC roadmap, take ownership and lead the various other initiatives in collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
- Ad hoc treasury support in all its aspects.

Lead Regional Cash Management including:

- Design and maintain best-in-class country cash management models. Ensure integration with central Treasury cash management infrastructure which includes active partnering with the corporate Tax counsel group, local tax partners, financial leadership of the affiliates and internal Treasury stakeholders.
- Oversight of the operational aspects of the in-sourced cash management function of the affiliates in the region including optimizing cash balances, managing excess liquidity and / or working capital needs through debt.
- Drive Continuous Improvement Projects (CIP's).
- Oversight the management of daily cash flows and short-term forecasts.

The RTSC Director will report to the Vice President Treasury Services. The position will have significant interactions with both internal and external counterparties:

- Internal: Affiliate finance functions cross sector, Finance Directors & Regional CFO’s, global & regional Treasury groups; Business Unit / Global / other Corporate Services functions including corporate and local Tax and Legal departments; regional and global project teams and process owners, HR, and IT.
- External: Banks, financial institutions, credit card providers, professional accounting and taxation firms, and consultants.

**Qualifications** Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
- Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
- Strong Treasury and Finance acumen.
- Management experience.
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
