- Construir arquiteturas escaláveis e sustentáveis;
- Escrever código limpo, testável, reutilizável e eficientes;

- Comunicar-se com stakeholders e monitorar o impacto das features;

**Como um Ruby Developer você precisa ter**:

- Forte experiência com desenvolvimento de software em Ruby on Rails;
- Experiência com arquitetura de microsserviços;
- Experiência com bancos relacionais (SQL, preferencialmente);
- Experiência com testes unitários e outras práticas de qualidade de código;
- Experiência com Git para Pull Requests;
- Conhecimento em Design Patterns (Structural, Behavioral and Creational);
- Conhecimento em conceitos como data structures, algorithm design, problem solving and complexity analysis;
- Conhecimento ou interesse em AWS e ElasticSearch;
- Boa comunicação e trabalho orientado para o cliente;
- Boa comunicação ou interesse em inglês.
