Job Title: S&OP Analyst

City: Cotia, Brazil

Work Model: Hybrid

As S&OP Analyst you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the portfolio with a proactive approach from a Supply Chain perspective, improving OTIF for launches, and conducting Phase In/Out analyses to manage deactivations and minimize potential losses. Additionally, you will play a key role in implementing and enhancing processes in alignment with Global PLM strategies.

Your key responsibilities:

- Monitoring the accuracy of the innovation pipeline and item deactivation.
- Responsible for the quantitative analysis of launches from the Supply Chain perspective (production capacity, complexity, and lead time of raw materials).
- Communication of potential risks with other stakeholders to propose solutions that mitigate any delays in launches through recurring follow-up meetings.
- OTIF and forecast accuracy of the launches.
- Phase IN/OUT analysis for discontinuations and replacements to identify WO risks.
- Utilization of Kinaxis for data extraction and conducting analyses in other tools like Excel and Power BI.
- Implementation and collaboration on new KPIs and tools according to the global PLM drive.

You Bring:

- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Advanced English and intermediate Spanish.
- Experience in Supply Chian area.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Power BI), knowledge of SAP and Kinaxis tools is a plus.
- Strong skills in data analysis, collaboration, and organization.
