**The role**:
Upstream is looking for an Operations Intern to assist and handle (end-to-end) various requests & tasks, deriving from specific key projects of one of our leading clients in Brazil.

**The role will be a fixed-term contract, based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support the internal team in campaign management and data analysis activities
- Analyze, find, and suggest improvements to the already existing regular processes
- Create reports and presentations to our clients with summarized data related to results and improvements for the projects.
- Map all the processes that can be automated and simplified on the projects

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering / Statistics (ideally already engaged in the 5th semester -3rd year)
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Good MS skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to manage complex data requests
- Strong communication skills
- Able to perform under pressure and deliver results in a demanding and fast-paced environment
