**DESCRIÇÃO DA VAGA**:
Esta posição é principalmente responsável por negociar com proprietários e gestores de propriedades, proporcionando-lhes o recebimento de um preço em troca do direito de receber os alugueis futuros associados à torre ou antena de telecomunicações que tenham na sua propriedade, por telefone, realizando as seguintes funções:
**PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES**:

- Originar investimentos em ativos de infraestruturas de telecomunicações
- Prospecção de potenciais clientes com base em informações de anúncios, feiras de negócios, repostas de cartas, leads antigos, websites, e outras fontes de pesquisa.
- Executar atividades de pesquisa para melhorar a qualidade dos leads
- Utilizar o sistema CRM para gerir o pipeline de aquisições
- Entregar metas mensais, trimestrais e anuais, conforme estabelecido
- Trabalhar em conjunto com outros departamentos (Marketing, Data, TI, Financeiro, Gestão de Ativos, Jurídico, etc.)
- Constante melhoria no conhecimento técnico com a participação em formações de vendas, acompanhamento de notícias do mercado e rede de contatos.

**REQUISITOS DA FUNÇÃO**:

- Experiência no sector imobiliário, finanças, telecomunicações, negociação de contratos, site acquisition, ou similares
- Altamente motivado e proativo
- Capacidade de desenvolver relacionamentos e agir como um consultor de confiança
- Capacidade sólida de negociação e resiliência
- Capacidade de trabalhar de forma autônoma e em ambiente de equipe

**QUALIFICAÇÃO E EXPERIÊNCIA**
- Formação no ensino superior
- Experiência profissional mínima de 3 anos na área comercial
- Disponibilidade para deslocações, quando necessário
- Conhecimentos de informática (MS Excel, MS Outlook e MS Word), experiência anterior com sistema CRM é preferencial
- Fluência em Português (oral e escrita)
- Bons conhecimentos de inglês
