**Elevator Pitch**:
As a comercial assistant you’ll support commercial leaders with accurate and up-to-date records into the systems, prepare and analyze reports, deal with day-to-day administrative tasks for the sales team, assist the commercial manager and work closely with other departments, such as development, logistics, and operations, to ensure that all aspects of the sales process run smoothly.

**Your key responsibilities**:

- Account administration;
- Effecting general administrative tasks, data entry and clearing;
- Ensure excellence and a high-level customer service perception;
- Commercial data system up to date to quality output strategic view;
- Run and analyze commercial reports;
- Day-to-day operational support to development projects.

**You bring**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business/Administration or related areas;
- Advanced English;
- Motivated, well-organized, detail-oriented and flexible;
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach and ability to build relationships across the business at all levels;
- Commercial and analytical skills;
- Ability with excel.
