1. Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management
- Oversee and manage all aspects of our brand’s social media platforms.
- Create and schedule engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Social Media Advertisement
- Develop, manage, and optimise social media ad campaigns to maximise reach and engagement.
- Analyse ad performance data and implement improvements to meet marketing goals.

Event Planning & Management
- Plan and manage simple brand events and promotions.
- Coordinate resources and track the success of marketing initiatives.

SEO Optimisation
- Support SEO initiatives to improve search visibility.
- Monitor and analyse website performance to enhance rankings.

Content Creation & Strategy (preferred)
- Propose and create compelling content aligned with our brand’s voice, with a focus on incorporating Korean cultural elements when relevant.
- Collaborate on ideas to attract and engage our audience.
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop (or similar design tools) is a plus for designing marketing materials.
