Team Overview and Job responsibilities
We are looking for a Bids and Contracts Specialist to join our team.
Based in Cariacica, Brazil, reporting to SURF Business, you will be responsible for all phases of commercial bids, interacting with clients and internal areas in accordance with established policies, guidelines, strategies and legislation. You will focus on the following activities:
- Prepare the bids, interacting and negotiating with the clients
- Coordinate activities for bid preparation with the other areas involved in the process
- Execute activities necessary to bids preparation, such as credit limit request, analysis and negotiation of the commercial conditions and leadtimes as well as obtain internal approvals and follow all company procedures
- Warranty that the company procedures are followed
- Prepare statistical commercial data, perform its analysis and propose approaches and strategies to market with the goal of maximizing commercial results
- Manage relationship with costumers and priorities between different projects
