**Senior Project Manager (BR)**
Maker Lab supports clients in technology, entertainment, financial services, and the payments industry. We’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team and support our amazing entertainment clients.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient execution of partnership programs across Latin America. You'll navigate a multifaceted role, from orchestrating content placements and contributing to business reviews to managing data and resolving operational challenges.
Role:
- You'll spearhead the content placement pipeline for designated Music & Premium and Living Room offerings across assigned Latin American markets, aligning internally sourced leads with external partner placement opportunities.
- You'll structure incoming content placement leads from content/marketing teams into a clear, quarterly calendar for partner communication.
- Proactively identify potential content placement opportunities within target markets by leveraging key cultural events, holidays, and major sporting schedules.
- Escalate any significant gaps identified in the content placement pipeline to relevant internal stakeholders for timely resolution.
- Implement approved content placements by providing all necessary specifications and assets to both partners and internal cross-functional teams.
- Oversee the ordering, delivery, and review of content assets, ensuring they meet the required partner specifications and design standards.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to acquire additional information or implement necessary revisions requested by device partners (with internal support).
- Obtain the required approvals from relevant content stakeholders and/or creators before proceeding with placements.
- Systematically track and monitor live content placements, capturing visual evidence (screenshots) and meticulously recording performance results.
- Maintain a well-organised and structured repository to track all confirmed placements across various business units and markets.
- Follow up with partners to secure placement screenshots and gather crucial performance metrics.
- Analyse performance data within a tracking matrix and disseminate monthly insights to inform future execution and process improvements.
- Communicate details and provide screenshots of confirmed placements to relevant content teams to foster engagement and support for future campaigns.
- Assist in the planning of quarterly business reviews with key partners by compiling relevant data and contributing to the development of presentation materials.
- Collaborate internally to align on key discussion points for upcoming partner meetings (with internal support).
- Gather necessary information related to relevant topics from various cross-functional teams.
- Prepare initial drafts of documents and implement necessary revisions based on feedback.
- Address and resolve operational issues with existing partners to ensure a smooth and uninterrupted workflow.
- Communicate effectively with partners to fully understand the nature and scope of any operational challenges.
- Coordinate the development and implementation of solutions with the support of relevant cross-functional teams (with internal support).
- Verify the successful implementation and effectiveness of the proposed solutions with partners.
- Document the steps and outcomes of troubleshooting processes for future reference by the internal team.
You:
- 8+ years of experience within the digital marketing and/or technology industry, ideally with exposure to content operations, project coordination, or partnership support.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational processes and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with data management, reporting, and utilising relevant productivity tools (or a strong aptitude to learn quickly).
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with both internal and external stakeholders across various levels.
- Strong organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail in managing information and processes.
- The ability to be proactive, resourceful, and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment with evolving needs.
- The ability to be self-sufficient, stay motivated and be positive in an often fast-paced environment with many stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills to effectively support the diverse LATAM markets.
