As the HRIS Functional Lead plays a pivotal role in the successful implementation and optimisation of Workday's functionalities.
**Day to day you’ll be**
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop a comprehensive project plan, outline objectives, deliverables, and timelines, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.
- Lead and manage functional work streams by overseeing activities, task allocation, and timely delivery in accordance with project timelines.
- Monitor project progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure milestones are achieved on schedule, within scope, and budget.
- Address and escalate potential issues or risks to maintain project success and adhere to go-live dates.
- onduct thorough testing of Workday configurations, support data management, ensure compliance with global regulations, and assist with change management materials for end-user training post-implementation.
**We’d love to hear from you if you have**
- Proven experience in HRIS implementations
- Strong knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platforms
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Information Systems or related field
