**Location**: Sao Paulo, Brazil.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Leads the local/regional Production/Capacity Planning organization in Brazil and Argentina.

Accountable for the creation, management, and communication of a master production schedule to meet customer orders, operations efficiency, and profitability goals.

Drives cross-functional alignment to resolve demand and supply imbalances to minimize service impacts, changeovers, and over time.

Leads/facilitates key IBP (Integrated Business Planning) touchpoints with Customer Experience and Operations leaders, including supply review and escalation meetings.

Champions the transition from a traditional Production Planning process to an Integrated Network Planning operating model. Drives continuous improvement efforts to elevate the maturity and capabilities of the IBP (Integrated Business Planning) cycle in North America.

Supports product life cycle planning activities to facilitate the integration of new product/discontinuation / phase-in / phase-out/product transfer initiatives into the regional supply chain network. Provides coaching/mentorship to the Production Planning organization in the Americas, responsible for leading/supporting talent development initiatives for the regional supply chain team.

Strong background in supply chain planning, with proven track record of leading/elevating Production Planning / Capacity Management processes.

Experience leading teams and developing talent.

Expertise using ERP and advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP, APO, Kinaxis, etc.)
