**Responsibilities**:
**What will you work on**:
This position is responsible for analyses and report the PBF’s Secondary Fleet in the Brazil Regions, ensuring the correct allocation, distribution and Fleet vehicles performance, working with suppliers, service providers and workshops to raise the fleet availability, ensuring the highest standards of safety, reliability and compliance, seeking to reduce costs by finding efficient ways to use the fleet, leveraging productivity and sustainability, being the Regional Sales Manager contact for Fleet area.

**Accountabilities**

Be the Fleet Analyst for each Brazil Regional, responsible for:
Controlling and report the regional fleet budget.

Controlling and analyze the regional fleet suppliers.

Analyze preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet.

Monitor and control fleet distribution, allocation, availability, utilization and efficiency.

Ensuring the correct use of the fleet according with policies, procedures, and legislation rules.

Monitor and ensure fleet documentation according with current legislation.

Support drivers and managers in case of fleet accidents.

Ensure fleet safety and compliance standards.

Ensure the reliability of data base vehicles inventory.

Seeking opportunities for productivity projects.

Holding periodic meetings with the fleet users’ areas to ensure business plans alignment and implementation.

Holding periodic meetings with Procurement area to ensure business plans alignment and implementation.

Qualifications:

Academy background:
Small Region: Graduated in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related areas

Medium Region: Graduated in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related areas (Desirable Post Graduated)

Large Region: Post Graduated or MBA in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related areas.

**Language**:
Small Region: English Intermediated (desirable)

Medium Region: English (intermediated); Spanish (intermediated) desirable

Large Region: English (intermediated); Spanish (intermediated)

Transportation experience and knowledge:
Small Region: > 1 years (desirable)
