**Aon Is Looking For a Marine Broking Manager**:
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Marine Group within Aon Commercial Risk Solutions.

This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from one of Aon's offices in Brazil.

**What the day will look like**:
As a
**Marine Broking Manager**, you will be responsible for:

- Negotiate terms and conditions with local and international markets (reinsurers, Lloyds and P&I club).
- Lead a team.
- Identify and analyze prospect and client exposures.
- Present to local account executives, lead and participate in RFPs, client meetings and conference calls.
- Expand Aon's market share in this segment.
- Serves as a primary internal source for information concerning market trends, pricing practices and other underwriting policies, often within a niche area.
- Provide innovation and improvements on value proposition, following Aon culture and values.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Proficiency in English.
- Experience in team leadership is preferable.
- Expertise and knowledge considering all insurance products related to Marine, such as Hull, Liability Ports and Protection and Indemnity (P&I).
