**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Data Client Technical Solutioners (Data CTS) are one of Kyndryl's key Interface to Clients and are responsible to develop and articulate robust and innovative technical solutions. They understand and have the ability to solution strategic priorities or directions integrating inputs from Client Technical Solutioners and other Solution team members in regards to the Data/Information scope.

The Job role requires sound technical knowledge, proven business acumen and differentiating client interfacing ability. The CTS is a Data Solution Architect, whose responsibility is to anticipate, create, and define an innovative technical solution which matches customer’s needs and Kyndryl's tactical and strategic requirements.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and Contribute to the design, development and implementation of winning technical solutions for customers to introduce and establish new technology solutions into their business and business processes.
- Own & maintain Data/Information Solution for managed services
- Own and maintain cost models, service descriptions and SLAs
- Sell Data services on management level and maintain appropriate client relationships
- Effectively interface with Sales and bid-management teams.

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Technical, Functional & Deployment Data Management Architecture;
- Implementation and Migration Strategy Design to Data Platform Services;
- Experience on Data Fabric in build, move and manage services;
- ETL services components configuration including Pipeline, Processing, Storage, Security, Governance, Compliance, Networking, Persistence, etc;
- Developing database solutions to store and retrieve company information;
- Monitoring & Observability Stack Deployment;
- Experience in Analytics Models;
- Development TSD - Technical Solution Document;
- English: Advanced;
One or more of the following certifications:
AWS and/or Azure and/or Google Cloud Certification;
Coursera Data Science Professional Certificate

DP-900: Microsoft Azure Data Fundamentals

AI-900: Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals

AI-102 - Microsoft Certified Azure AI Engineer Associate

DP-100: Designing and Implementing a Data Science Solution on Azure

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**

Knowledge programming languages Python, SQL, R, Java, among others

Knowledge in Interfaces, DBA, Data Connect, Data Collect, Data Processing, Data Comsuption

Knowledge in Multi Cloud environment (AWS, CGP, Azure, Oracle, IBM) - Data Ecosystem using public cloud infrastructure and PaaS

Knowledge in some Platforms and Tools: Hadoop, Cloudera, Spark, Kafka, Kibana, Grafana, NiFi, Zabbix among others.

Knowledge in Analytics Models: descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, prescriptive and cognitive

Knowledge in Classification, Clustering, Object Detection, Linear Regression, Natural Language Processing, Sentimental Analysis, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, etc..

Knowledge in Databases: Mongo DB, Cassandra, Maria DB, Postgree, SQL, Oracle, Exadata, Teradata, DB2 among others

Knowledge in pipeline for IoT, structure, semi structure and unstructure data.
