Summary
- Location - Brazil

Reporting to the Senior Vice President of DLS, the Regional Drilling Lifecycle Services (DLS) Leader for South America will be responsible for overall strategy and growth of HMH's regional services business which includes planning and executing installation, commissioning, repair, maintenance and decommissioning for the full HMH portfolio. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and strong leadership skills to drive safety culture, operational excellence, margin expansion and customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for DLS financial targets for their respective region, as set by the company.-
- Develop and implement comprehensive drilling lifecycle service growth strategy that aligns with HMH's business objectives and customer needs.-
- Drive integrated business planning for DLS in collaboration with commercial, portfolio, engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain, to ensure seamless integration of drilling services.-
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.-
- Manage, develop and retain DLS professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.-
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and company policies in drilling operations.-
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to drilling services, identifying areas for improvement.-
- Foster a culture of safety, innovation, and continuous improvement within the drilling services team.-
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.-
- Stay informed of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure HMH remains at the forefront of drilling services excellence.-
- All other duties as assigned.**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Geology, or a related field.-
- 10+ years Oil & Gas Industry experience with 5+ years of managerial or equivalent leadership experience.-
- Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing drilling projects and services.-
- Strong technical expertise in drilling operations and a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.-
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.-
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.-
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
