**THIS POSITION IS 100% REMOTE**

**Position Description**

We are searching for a proactive person that can assist us in collecting needs and customer feedback while also developing best practice solutions for our Salesforce platform. We place a high value on our Salesforce user experience. Therefore, the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all areas of user administration, such as managing support requests, providing training, and developing solutions with the needs of users in mind.

**Jobs & Their Responsibilities**
- Business-oriented position with the following duties:

- Work together with the product manager and business stakeholders to comprehend requirements, rank requests, and identify problems for the engineering team to address in the backlog.
- Every facet of user and license administration, such as the creation and deactivation of new users, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
- Customer service tickets
- Identify and collect user and stakeholder needs.
- Modifications to the Salesforce setup, such as those to workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards, and reports.
- Track user acceptance
- Creating training materials and user training

Other responsibilities and obligations as allocated by the supervisor.

**Qualifications**

Required:

- Five years of Salesforce experience
- 2 years of actual, hands-on Salesforce product administration experience
- Super Badges/Trailhead Badges

Preferred:
Certified Administrator for Salesforce
A bachelor's, postgraduate, or professional degree

**Skills**:
Required:

- A proactive approach to platform upgrades
- A willingness to use best practice remedies
- Availability and receptivity to inquiries
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and the capacity to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Compiling specifications and recommending technical fixes
- Educating users and developing training resources
- Knowledge of Salesforce security and sharing (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
- Working knowledge of changing Salesforce configurations for Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record kinds, custom settings, dashboards, and reports, among others.

Regular Working Situations
Work is carried out either remotely or in an office setting. The work necessitates regular interaction with the public and personnel. Workplace stress is possible. You may sometimes put in some odd hours.
