Sr. Specialist of Cementation

Our Sr. Specialist of cementation will be responsible for post Sales support of customer issue. This can include repairs (both returns and field), technical support or a field service or other service request.

As a Sr. Specialist of cementation you will be responsible for develops a year plan for its own department. Is involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures and ways of working. Contributes to plan of larger unit.

As a Sr. Specialist of cementation, you will be responsible for:

- Owning the resolution of post-sales technical customer issues. Level 1,2,3 Technical Support -Resolves post sales Technical Issues
- Providing as the technical depth required to resolve an issue increases, the “level” of skill set increases
- Presenting to senior leaders EB/SEB in specific technical space and on cross functional teams on how technologies interconnect, contribute to overall strategy
- Handling latitude in project techniques. Project process requires choosing right approaches. Employees should have technical know-how.
- Handling diverse clients in a region. Working on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks

- Have bachelor's degree, solid experience in Technical Support
- Demonstrate interpersonal and leadership skills
- Show ability to influence others and lead small teams
- Have ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrate lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact
- Have advanced English
- Demonstrate effective problem identification and solution skills
