**SAP Testing Lead**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement testing strategies for SAP projects.
- Coordinate and manage the testing team, ensuring efficient execution of test plans.
- Create and maintain test cases, scripts, and related documentation.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
- Identify, document, and track defects and quality issues.
- Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to ensure issue resolution.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and best testing practices.
- Provide progress reports and quality metrics to management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years focused on SAP projects.
- Deep knowledge of SAP modules and their integrations.
- Experience with automated testing tools and test management tools.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven experience in managing testing teams.
- Advanced English and Spanish to lead international projects.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Certifications in SAP and/or software testing (such as ISTQB).
- Experience in agile methodologies.
- Knowledge of organizational change management.
