Position Summary:
**Job Description**:
2. Send the test results to the immediate superior for analysis of the feasibility of the development, as well as its approval.

3. Conduct laboratory work in an appropriate way to develop formulations meeting the technical needs of customers.

4. Evaluate through physical-chemical analysis the properties of products/materials from customers, performing product diagnosis, generating information to provide technical support to customers, as well as to prove improvements made.

5. Keep the laboratory organized as well as product inventory control.

6. Comply with Momentive's quality policy with internal and external suppliers, aiming to contribute to the CIA's quality, competitiveness and profitability in the commercialization of products.

7. Provides laboratory technical training to customers, distributors and new department employees on the use of products and on carrying out physical property tests on foams.

8. Participates in the development of stands and events for customers together with the commercial area.

9. Controls the flow of registering, importing and sending samples to customers.

10. Provide technical support to the Process Engineering department in the development of new products and technology transfers when requested, and to Quality Control, helping in the development of adequate methodology for performance testing in foams for final approval of products manufactured in Itatiba.

11. Represents Momentive at fairs and events in the area.

12. Monitor the area's performance indices, paying attention to quality, proposing improvements in order to serve internal customers.

13. Actively participate in the development of technical solutions to issues raised internally and by customers.

14. Respond to internal and external audits, in addition to monitoring and complying with the quality system implemented at the CIA, through procedures and standards linked to the ISO 9001 program.
