Key Responsibilities:

- **Job Postings**: Create and manage job postings on various platforms, ensuring they reach the right audience.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all recruiting practices comply with company policies and legal regulations.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and provide regular reports on key metrics.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2-3 years of recruiting experience
- **Skills**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Familiarity with social media recruiting and professional networking tools.
- **Attributes**:

- High level of integrity and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in high-volume recruiting.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Certification in HR or Recruiting (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).

Working Conditions:

- **Location**: Remote
- **Hours**: Full-time position (USA Time Zone PST or EDT)

Pay: R$5,000.00 - R$11,000.00 per month
