**Your Opportunity**:
**Informatica** is currently seeking an enthusiastic, motivated intern to join our Brazil team of highly skilled partner management staff. This position will be supporting our partners and internal stakeholders in Brazil and Latin America. A clear understanding of our partners strategy, the company portfolio and software skills will be the foundation knowledge for you to take part of the incredible growth the company is experiencing through the indirect sales route.

In this role you will support the** Channels & Alliances team **to deliver the daily tasks the partner management requires. Enablement, Sales Forecasting, Events, Communication, support systems usage and proper governance and compliance are some of the areas you are going to deal with.

**Your Responsibilities**:
Your primary responsibilities involve the preparation and delivery of internal and external communications to partners and internal teams, support to plan execute and evaluate partner events, support to measure the success of demand generation actions and properly report results, enable partners in the company portal usage, supporting them in the usage process and error reporting, organize partner paperwork and documentation during onboarding and other partnership moments, support to the proper partner engagement in enablement sessions and events. Additionally, you will manage communications with customers at all levels to maintain positive relationships.

Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

- Managing customer issues to access Partner Program benefits
- Support other internal teams in their interaction with the area and partners
- Author, edit, publish, and maintain FAQs about the several knowledge domains the area operates

**Your Qualifications**:

- Enrolled in a BSc/MSc (or equivalent).
- Excellent written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
- A high degree of analytical, trouble shooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under own initiative.
- You are a fast learner and can pick up new ideas and approaches quickly.
- As a team player, you convince with reliable and systematic work.
- You can communicate and express thoughts and ideas in a group.
- Ability to work constructively together as a team, sharing ideas and resources.
- Written skills in English and Spanish, good verbal skills are a bonus.
