Suas Atividades:

- SER RESPONSÁVEL PELA CRIAÇÃO E APLICAÇÃO DO SOCIAL GUIDE DA MARCA EM TODAS AS PLATAFORMAS.
- COORDENAR O TIME DE COMMUNITY MANAGERS / ESTAGIÁRIOS GARANTINDO QUE AS ENTREGAS SEJAM FEITAS COM O PRAZO E QUALIDADE NECESSÁRIOS
- ESTAR PRESENTE EM MOMENTOS ESTRATÉGICOS COM O CLIENTE, COMO BRIEFINGS, APRESENTAÇÃO DE PROJETOS DE CONTEÚDO, SINALIZAÇÃO DE OPORTUNIDADES, ETC.
- PARTICIPAR ATIVAMENTE DO DESENVOLVIMENTO ESTRATÉGICO DE PLANEJAMENTOS, DIRECIONAMENTOS E PROJETOS DE CONTEÚDO E SUPERVISÃO DO TÁTICO. SEMPRE ENVOLVENDO O COMMUNITY MANAGER E APRIMORAMENTO SEUS SKILLS DE ESTRATÉGIA.
- TROCAR COM O TIME DE CONTENT CREATIVES NA BUSCA DE SOLUÇÕES CRIATIVAS BASEADAS NAS TENDÊNCIAS E FUNCIONALIDADES DAS PLATAFORMAS SOCIAIS.
- MANTER UMA AGENDA DE APROVAÇÕES E CHECKS DE TODO E QUALQUER MATERIAL PRODUZIDO PELOS COMMUNITY MANAGERS E ESTAGIÁRIOS, ANTES DE SER ENVIADO AO CLIENTE.
- MANTER UMA ROTINA DE REUNIÕES DE ALINHAMENTO COM SEU TIME E COM O RESSOURCE MANAGER
- MATER UMA AGENDA DIÁRIA/SEMANAL COM O TIME DE DATA, BUSCSANDO OPORTUNIDADES E DESENVOLVENDO RELATÓRIOS QUE GEREM INSIGHTS RELEVANTES PARA NOSSO TRABALHO.
