As a PR & Po Specialist you will be part of the IT team, giving support to all our Business Unities **Your role will be: - Monitor the due dates on the IT-I Cost Book to trigger the creation of ~1300 Purchase Requisitions annually - When Purchase Requisitions become due, the individual will work with Service Delivery Managers to obtain renewal quotations from suppliers and trigger the approval workflow for authorization of the expenditure - Open Purchase Requisitions (in multiple ERP systems) once the initial request has been approved - Monitor the overall PO creation process to ensure that POs are created in accordance with established timelines and take necessary actions to address any requests that become "stuck" in the process - Perform other duties and activities associated with the Request to Invoice process in IT-I **Who you are**: - Strong understanding of PR and PO creation processes, tools, and controls - Working knowledge of ERP systems, specifically SAP - General understanding of financial and budgeting topics - Financial planning knowledge - Solid skills in mastering the standard MS Office tools (especially MS Excel) - Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically - Excellent organizational and time management skills - English language proficient **What we offer**: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
