**Description**:
Evaluate business requirements to design, develop and implement visualizations and reports using Power BI. Support users and stakeholders promoting Customer Centric behaviors in the organization. Open minded, driven by business value; passionate by Data Viz and other technology are behaviors expected on this role.

**Responsibilities**:
Evaluates real need & business value of requested requirements
Gathers business requirements as part of discovery/scouting
Build process charts, mockups, always looking for standardization and simplicity.
Create dashboards and reports according to business needs
Run and maintain dashboards created to Analytics use cases
Use best practices to produce smart and user-friendly reports and dashboards
Facilitate demonstrations and training sessions, as well as assisting with new capabilities launches, enabling the effective change in the organization
Support the discussion, prioritization and validation of any data integration with Analytics use case
Customer Data Privacy - Assure that Corteva's global and local policies and regulations are being followed in the Country. Create awareness throughout the entire organization.
Rapidly understand the Corteva business and processes looking beyond user biases
Act as a trusted advisor supporting activities like data governance, data flow, data catalog; SharePoint; reports and dashboards

Desirable Responsibilities
Promote and Support Data Quality initiatives
Understand user requirements that may improve the ability to delivering value with the Analytics use cases
Enable all relevant Customer Journey data points in Power BI

**Qualifications**:
Minimum skills:
Advanced knowledge using PowerBI.
Strong analytical/creative and problem-solving skills
Fluent in Portuguese. English or Spanish Intermediary level is desirable.
Look for smart solutions combining data and customer centric approach.

Minimum experience:
At least 2 years of experience in Power BI
Strong experience in produce reports using visual outputs (tables and charting)
Experience leading projects that requires interface with different stakeholders
Agriculture Market experience is a plus
