We are currently seeking a **Client Accounting Manager** to join one of our **clients**' Accounting Department. **What to expect in this role**:

- Lead and motivate an accounting team, fostering communication and alignment with the company’s vision and values.
- Act as the go-to expert on primary accounting and VAT frameworks, guiding team members and reviewing their work where needed.
- Drive and oversee key accounting projects.
- Support the onboarding process of new clients.
- Ensure the team delivers work to the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Monitor performance, participate in setting targets, and manage workflows, workloads, and deadlines.
- Mentor and support colleagues in their professional growth and development.
- Collaborate with other departments—such as audit, payroll, funding, and corporate—while identifying opportunities for cross-selling.
- Assess current systems and processes, suggesting and implementing improvements.
- Contribute to the unit’s growth by identifying new opportunities.
- Provide support to the Senior Client Accounting Manager with additional tasks as required.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Maltese; knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.
- A proactive, self-driven approach, balanced with strong teamwork skills.
- A natural ability to build relationships with clients and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional service.
- ACCA qualified or equivalent
- A minimum of 2 years experience in a CSP environment following achievements of qualifications
- Excellent command of accounting standards, Maltese VAT and tax legislation
