Buscamos por um Senior SAP Project Manager, para atuar de forma Remota que terá:
**Principais responsabilidades**:

- Gerenciar as atividades e rotinas com os fornecedores para garantir a excelência do serviço e alinhamento com os SLAs definidos em contrato;
- Definir e manter rotina com as partes interessadas e clientes nas áreas de negócio;
- Desenvolver e manter comunicação efetiva com todos os níveis;
- Gerenciar escalonamentos e alinhar as expectativas com os clientes;
- Atuar em melhoria continua dos serviços e análise de causa raiz, identificando oportunidades de otimização e melhoria de performance;
- Garantir que os serviços estejam em conformidade com as políticas e controles internos da companhia;
**O que estamos buscando**:

- Profissional com experiência em projetos de migração técnica SAP - Lift Shift
- Capacidade de gerenciar prioridades conflitantes sob pressão;
- Um verdadeiro self-starter, que sonha alto e é motivado por um ambiente desafiador e em ritmo acelerado;
- Fortes habilidades de gerenciamento de relacionamento, comunicação e colaboração: trabalhando efetivamente com o público técnico e áreas de negócio;
- Capacidade de explicar fatos, expressar visões e opiniões com clareza e convicção;
- Mentalidade de Melhoria contínua de serviço;
- Capacidade de trabalhar em um ambiente em constante mudança;
- Graduação em TI (Ciência da Computação / Engenharia da Computação / Sistema da Informação) ou experiência relevante em TI em uma função semelhante;
- Espanhol - Fluente
- Inglês intermediário;
- Trabalho 100% porém com disponibilidade de viagens LATAM;
**Conhecimento que esperamos**:

- Conhecimento e experiência em framework ITIL;
- Conhecimento do ciclo de vida de serviços;
- Conhecimento em métodos ágeis (SCRUM, Kanban);
- Conhecimento em boas práticas de gestão de projetos;
