Summary
Act as the primary point of contact with customers for all activities related to customer account from a fulfillment perspective for PCS product and service demands in the region;
Job Responsibilities- Manage all communications coming from and to the customer, making sure issues are addressed properly at the right level of the structure;- Work closely to the stakeholders on O&R, Field Services and Spares team on the supervision off undergoing processes execution for assigned customers;- Work closely to the Commercial team (Sales/ITO) teams and support them building stronger/long lasting relationships with customers.- Identify potential issues that may impact customer’s project, resolve or escalate as necessary.- Proactively interface with HMHConnect, opening and following up cases inside Ask Drilling system, as well as managing the implementation of all EB - Engineering Bulletins and PNI - Product Notification of Improvement with customers.- Responsible to set up and lead discussion meetings and contract performance reviews.- Keeps detailed downtime records, calculates monthly scorecard, delivers invoice to customer and ensures payment is collected.- Coordinates with finance to track and monitor cost and complete margin reviews.
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college on the engineering field (Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Production or Petroleum)
Experience: Desirable at least 4 years with Drilling equipment and/or pressure control systems
Skills and Abilities:
Ability to drive issues to resolution, proactively interfacing internally within the structure and externally with customers.
Ability to lead cross functional teams.
Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information; works to build consensus.
Fluent in English
